Sometimes it’s hard to remember just how much got canceled as COVID-19 swept across the world in early 2020. TV and film shoots shut down, Broadway went dark, conventions and conferences went online - anything live but not essential came to a standstill - including festivals like South By Southwest. SXSW 2020 was canceled a week before it was scheduled to begin, and many of the films set to be showcased were quietly released on streaming services. One of those films was “I’ll Meet You There” by writer/director Irma Parveen Bilal.
