“All That Breathes” is an Oscar-nominated documentary that’s both about endangered birds and the future of India

The best documentaries always seem to draw their audiences in while also illuminating worlds that are rarely explored on screen. That's why we were instantly struck by director Shaunak Sen's Oscar-nominated "All That Breathes" and were so sad, though not very surprised,that it lost to the Russian documentary “Navalny” on Sunday.
